The Space:
This residence boasts 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 additional toilets, 2 living areas and an entertaining area in the backyard.

Step inside to be greeted by the master bedroom and ensuite, featuring a spacious bathtub and a sizable walk-in robe.

Continue down the hallway to discover 2 more bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with 2 king single beds. Both bedrooms are generously sized and contain plenty of space to store your belongings.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large island bench, is perfect for spending quiet nights in and preparing meals with the family.

With 2 living areas, there's ample comfy seating options, along with a large dining table and a bar area.

Outside offers the ideal setting for warm summer days, featuring a BBQ and outdoor furniture. The main highlight of this delightful retreat is the pool, available for everyone to enjoy year-round!

Unlimited WiFi is available, and there's plenty of driveway parking for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house and outdoor areas. The bottom level is storage and not for guests use.

The Neighborhood:
Kings Meadows, located 5 kilometres south of Launceston city, is known for its solid 1950’s homes and the beautiful new homes on the hill. The Kings Meadows shopping precinct is one of the largest in Launceston, offering both a Coles and Woolworths, gift shops, delicious cafes and eateries, a fish and chip shop, many amenities and much more.

Looking for some entertainment? The Entombed Escape Rooms are nestled within the area. Enjoy solving your way out of a room full of clues, while racing the clock! Do not be fooled, this isn't as simple as it sounds. Just nearby is the Launceston Lanes Tenpin Bowling Alley. Challenge yourselves to an entertaining round, a competitive game in the arcade, and enjoy some tasty treats whilst enjoying a disco vibe underneath the colourful strobe lights that light the arcade up at night.

Only 7 minutes from the city, it’s an easy drive to town. Launceston City has a variety of exquisite shops, eateries, and recreational grounds such as the beloved City Park, which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys.

Whilst in the CBD, make sure to visit the Cataract Gorge, a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.

FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

UBER: Uber is a popular form of transport used by many locals and tourists. To use, simply download the ‘Uber’ app on your phone and book a ride to your destination.

Other Things to Note:
Please supervise children at all times around the outdoor pool.

Please note that while the pool is not heated, it is comfortably maintained at a pleasant temperature.

External security cameras are located in the backyard and 2 over the front entrance. The camera's are turned on and recording at all times.

We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely that he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
