Great new hotel in downtown Latacunda

Wonderful new hotel right next to the central square in the old part of Latacunda. Easy walk to restaurants. On Premise parking. Staff very helpful

Such a great hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff!! The room was a decent size and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly responsive to our needs. We had a car on checking in and staff immediately opened up the secure garage to allow us to park. We felt completely safe leaving our car here. Also, the hair dryer attached to the bathroom wall was only working intermittently so I was given another one within 1 minute of reporting it. Finally, the breakfast was good with fresh made-to-order eggs. You should definitely stay here if your travels take you to Latacunga!!

For some reason, the toilet was partially clogged and they would not send anyone to fix it. We had to use the toilet in the room of other members of our group. Also there was trouble with the reservation, but they made up for it after several phone calls

The hotel is very clean and has a modern upgrade, though the shower does not have good accessibility as the vanity is oversized for the bathroom and blocks access to the front half of the bathtub, minor unless you have mobility concerns. I suspect this is a business hotel as the room was setup to accomodate, I was the only guest on a weekend and had the whole place to myself.

Great Value

Terrific service, and the hotel is in a good location away from the congestion of the town. The Continental Breakfast greatly exceeded out expectations, which included fruit, yogurt, eggs, granola, etc. Safe parking inside their gate. I would definitely stay here again

Schoon, nieuw en fijn hotel

Het hotel verraste ons in positieve zin. Het was nieuw en alles was schoon en modern. Service was goed. Op zondag was er een ontbijtbuffet en op maandag werd er een vers ontbijt voor ons bereid. Dit was heerlijk en beter dan het buffet.

Fantastic hotel

The staff at the hotel was very eager to please. I hesitated reviewing the hotel because the secret will be out- this is probably the best hotel I have stayed in since I have lived in Ecuador (2 years). Brand new, it's spotless. Breakfast was plentiful, as well as the parking. The incense as you enter from the garage is a nice touch.

Great Hotel

We travelled from Quito, Banos, Cuenca, Guayaquil and this was a very nice hotel to relax before heading south. The hotel looks brand new and it was great for relaxing. If I am ever back to Latacunga, this will be the place that I will use. I am planning to hike the Cotopaxi next year so I would make reservation in this hotel.
