「Wonderful crew and facilities. We had an issue with TV at check in but registration desk crew went above and beyond to fix it as soon as the could. Very comfortable bed, we had everything we needed in the room, it is well designed and functional. Loved the fact that city tap water is drinkable and it actually tasted great! We would strongly recommend to stay at this wonderful hotel, just keep in mind some party noise Friday night and Saturday night. Breakfast was enough food and tasty. Hotel...

「Hotel staff is very helpful - my Spanish is not so fluent, so they tried to help to communicate with our driver, who understands only Spanish. Room is clean and comfortable. However, wifi and TV didn’t work in my room. Upon check out, they asked to fill questionnaire and I mentioned so. Later on they sent kind comment to improve it - so it will probably fix now. 」

「I love everything. The breakfast had a lot of options . The pool, great room, theny have music in the hotel, you can walk to the poblado, close to provenza, close to take the tour in the church in poblado like 10 minutes. A lot bars and restaurants 10 min walking or you only pay like 2 or 3 dolars in uber. 」

「I enjoyed the pool. The hot sauna worked. There was no hot water. The whirlpool next to the pool was cold. Other than that, the staff were spectacular and helping bringing taxis. Also arranging prices so we don’t get ripped off. There was one lady staff, though, that was exceptional. She went out of her way to make my stay pleasant. 」

「Overall a great property and all of the staff members were very helpful. The only reason I took a start away is because every time my room was cleaned, they never replaced the wash cloth. I had to keep asking for new ones everyday. Other than that, everything else was excellent. The drink service at our room door was a very pleasant surprise. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance and there was never a time I didn't feel unsafe. I would stay here again in the future. 」

El desayuno muy básico y todos los días lo mismo, toca ir a tomarlo a otro edificio, subir escaleras, no es apto para una persona discapacitada. La limpieza en la habitación es muy regular, medio pasan un trapero y ya. Tienen aspectos para mejorar. 」
