Lo más que nos gustó fue el servicio del personal, fueron muy atentos en todo momento, superaron nuestras expectativas, el hotel está muy bien localizado, muy bonito y limpio, los cuartos muy cómodos. Agua caliente en todo momento. Un área muy segura donde tiene muchas cosas que hacer cerca del hotel. Sin duda me vuelvo a hospedar en GHL Porton Medellin.
