「Amazing property, amazing location. Highly highly recommend. My inconvenience was in my checking in, as a Platinum the staff never offered to me a gift cards that supposedly they have to do it, and no offered VIP upgrade. Anyway the room service had a problem with sheets (it was missed) and Jorge the manager gave me a discount for mini bar, and it was nice. Despite the inconvenience, I loved this place, and I would definitely return.」

「En general el Hotel es muy limpio las personas muy amables y la comida muy rica . Lo que no me gustó es que dos días seguidos escuche disparos y también pregunté a las chicas del front desk y me dijo que atracaron 2 personas. Bueno lo que les quiero decir es que no caminen a altas horas de la noche por que pasan cosas malas como en cualquier país . De resto todo muy bien . 」
