Staff wa super attentive all the time. Included breakfast had multiple options everyday. Room was exactly as described, very clean with everything we needed. But a shoutout for the staff from the bellman to the waiters. They run the show over there.

6/10 Okay

The hotel and staff were good. However, the room was very small and next to a construction site. I requested a change but was given an even smaller room. The upgrade was overpriced, with no consideration for my status as a frequent guest.

The staff was very kind and provided excellent service. However, I did not feel entirely comfortable. The room was very small and located next to an active construction site. I considered an upgrade, but the additional cost was quite high. Overall, excellent staff and service, but the room experience could have been better.

The black and white hotels things all great at Haven, clean, fast service etc. The stand out aspect of the hotel is the staff. I was at the hotel for 5 days and true to the nature of the Paisa people, they are like family now. Great to see the same faces over and over again during my stay. They all jump in and help each other when needed. Well done team.. I will be back!!!
