"The breakfast was good and the staff was great, hotel location is excellent and close to places to eat and hangout in Poblado and not far from Provenza. The room was nice and clean with a lot of space, but the mattress was very hard and the shower needed some work, water pressure was not the best. The TV was there but if you dont use your own access to Netflix or Prime you cant see anything. Airport shuttle is expensive so you're better off calling an Uber or taxi."

"It was a trip with friends to explore Medellín, and this hotel had the perfect location. The room was very clean and just the right size—neither too big nor too small. Perhaps a bright light somewhere in the vanity area would have met all my expectations. Breakfast was perfect—varied and with everything needed. I would actually stay at this hotel again on my return to Medellín."

"El hotel es espectacular es nuestra tercera vez allí. Pero en esta ocasión tuvimos una situación con un personal del hotel, al lado del hotel hay un Cigar Bar y se visitó el mismo y luego fuimos a la habitación y ellos alegaban que se estaba fumando en la habitación cuando no fue así, era el olor del lugar donde estuvimos. Querían adjudicar un cargo adicional, al hacer el check-out no lo cobraron. Cabe recalcar que es un hotel espectacular!!"

"DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL!!! Yes, the hotel is beautiful, the breakfast buffet has a great selection of food, the pool is great, and the rooms are nice and clean. However, they will set you up with the cab drivers they have downstairs. They encourage guests to take one of the cabs waiting in the lobby, and that cab will allegedly work with people on motorbikes to rob you. This happened to me, and there was absolutely no mercy or empathy shown, even though I was alone with my 3 children, all 7 and under. I contacted the hotel, and it took 2 days before I was finally able to speak with the supervisor, “Cesar.” He eventually called me back through WHATSAPP, but he was very nonchalant about the situation and then transferred me to Julian, the head of security. He was also very dismissive, which made it seem like this is something they regularly do to tourists. Julian and Cesar both stated they would send me information regarding what happened and explain my next steps, but they never did. I tried reaching back out multiple times and have been completely ignored ever since. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Save yourself the fear and stress and stay somewhere else. There are many beautiful hotels in Colombia. I will NEVER return here with my children again."
