「Great breakfast, clean room. Staff friendly. Indoor pool a bit tired and only open 2-6pm. The massage jets did not work and the jacuzzi was cold. Need to pay extra and organise in advance for steam room and sauna. Ideal location.」

「On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler) However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room. The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space. Staff very helpful. Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40.」

「チェックインの時間より早く着きましたが、準備のできている部屋にすぐに通してくれました。疲れていたので本当にありがたかったです。レセプションの女性はてきぱきと必要なことを教えてくれて、地図やレストランの割引券を渡してくれました。 部屋はアパートメントタイプでリビングダイニングとベッドルームがわかれていてバスルームが2つもある広々とした造りでとても居心地が良かったです。 床やテーブルの掃除はやや雑でしたが、まあ許容範囲です(笑) 裸足で歩きたい人はスリッパ持参をおすすめします。 チェックアウトの日は雨が降っていたので雨避けに黒いゴミ袋をレセプションでお願いしたら快く大きな袋を出してくれました。 とても感じのいい女性で明るく送り出して下さったので、雨でも気持ち良くチェックアウトすることができました。 立地も港やバス停留所に近いので、おすすめです。」

La limpieza es impecable y todo se ve tal cual aparece en las fotos. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y muy completo, y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. El wifi funciona perfectamente en todas las instalaciones y el Honesty Bar junto a la piscina nos pareció una idea fantástica: puedes servirte cuando te apetezca y pagar después, súper cómodo. 「Cannot recommend Blue Marina suites too highly. The location is excellent overlooking the sea front but still very quiet. It is close to many good restaurants and the facilities in the apartment are very good. It is spotlessly clean We stayed for one week and would love to visit again.」

「Juan, the receptionist was so professional, from getting in touch with instructions to get access code, to providing us with support to navigate ourselves in the city as it was our first time in Lanzarote. The cleaning staff were so kind and friendly. They established good relations with my kids. Would definitely book this place and recommend to loved ones. The place was clean as advertised, just the tv to be upgraded as it was not a smart one and couldn’t get any English channel to watch.」
