"Breakfast was fresh and pretty good, but they need to put more wafflemakers out. There were only 2 and the line was always long. Love the cozy, rustic cottage. Carpets and the inside walls (logs) could use a deep cleaning, however. I forgot to pack slippers and had to gobto Walmart to buy some to wear indoors. One can clearly see the coated dust sitting in between the logs of the interior wall. Daily cleaning isn't really cleaning. It's refilling toiletries, emptying trash bins, replacing towels and and toilet paper....which is fine if you're ok w/ that. We were. We didn't need our room to be cleaned daily, but some folks require or expect it, so I thought it needed mentioning. The kitchenette was very convenient to have. Just wished it came with dishes, cutlery, pots n pans, and a hot plate. Lastly, not once did we see the Northern Lights from our Aurora/lakeside cabin, which I thought was a tad bit false advertisement. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful display just minutes away at Creamer's Field our 2nd night in town. Would we stay there again? Most definitely!"

"No breakfast. Rooms were very run down. The windows didn't block any cold air. The floor heat was nice in places where it worked, but mostly it didn't work. Didn't matter what the thermostat was set at the temp of the room didn't change. The run was pretty clean, just really old. Everything worked fine. "

"The house was amazing for three families! There was so much space for everyone, the beds and linens were very comfortable, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The home was also extremely clean. Qin was incredibly responsive to every question that came up, which made our stay even easier. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. It is a cozy and beautiful home in an amazing setting. Much bigger than we needed, but we chose it anyways! Because we had a short stay, we did not use the hottub, igloo or game room. Kitchen well stocked with staples and equipment."

"The hosts have provided a wonderful home away from home for their guests. This home has an awesome layout and is unbelievably clean inside. Huge windows give you beautiful views of the surrounding forest. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up nice meals. . .and again, the layout is perfect to have conversation in a pleasant space while putting things together in the kitchen."

"Check-in was easy. The place was spacious, however, the dining area and shower were small. Well stocked. Close to airport, however, this created noise as well as noise from the highway. Overall, it was clean, but some areas, not as much, like dust on floors and night stands/lamps. In one room, the window crank was stripped, so the window would not completely close. This must have been stripped for quite some time as the inside of the window had built-up dirt. We had no check-out instructions except to turn down the thermostats."
