「Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het verwarmde zwembad is perfect, ook voor onze tieners. De locatie van de accomodatie is erg goed, alles is op loopafstand bereikbaar. We hadden een appartement op de bovenste verdieping met een mooi uitzicht. 」

However there are many aspects with let the hotel down: - Very poor food, particularly in the evenings. - Restaurant is a chaotic free for all at times. - Not well staffed: always significant queues at the bar. - Endless noise being blasted across the whole resort from all variety of entertainment activities leaving no down time to relax. Overall the hotel is by no means terrible for the price, however it does not come...

On the map it looks a long way but by car its only 35 minutes from the airport and I couldn't recommend it enough for families and older people who might find Playa Del Carmen for instance as a bit too lively. 「Mein Zimmer war ab Abends sehr laut,das Zimmer lag in 1.OG nebenan war die Hoteldisco ab.20.30 -24.00 Uhr . Sonst war alles okay für ein 3Sterne-Hotel. Würde wieder in das Hotel fahren,aber das Zimmer in einer anderen Ecke der Hotelanlage nehmen.」
