"With a short walk to either beach or shared swimming pool there aren’t much else you’d want in a resting place like koh Lanta to ask for. There was although problems with locking the bathrooms. The hostel is close to food and stores but there’s not the best roads for a long walk to different parts of the island. All in all a good experience."

"Loved the staff and the experience, felt very welcomed!
However, there are really quite a few hotels along the beach which also seem very nice (we didn't stay in any though so am only guessing) - but I was quite disturbed by being right next to the main road. It is really right there and not with some space behind so the noises, especially during breakfast, is really very loud.
Seeing as the rate is not that low for not being beachfront, I might go with a more simple room but better located...
