"Excellent property, exceptionally clean and the staff and food was also exceptional. The only complaint is that there are windows in the buffet dining room that face a "slum" looking area with a TON of trash/garbage and a pond that looks like it contains slimy sewage water, to eat your meal while looking at that was disgusting and made me lose my appetite, we asked to be moved and was moved immediately."

"I had an amazing stay at The Peninsula, and I loved the river shuttle that took me over to the ICON SIAM mall next door. There was a wonderful man, Khun Paul, who helped run the shuttle and he was so kind and friendly! Also, I really enjoyed the Muay Thai kickboxing class; I did not get the instructor's name, but he taught a great class. The view from my room on the 33rd floor was awesome, looking out over Bangkok and the Chao Phraya river. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in the city!"

"Overall, an excellent hotel. A few very minor issues (I never brought these to employees). 1) down pillows are nice, but they collapsed rather quickly. Nothing mentioned anywhere about a pillow menu. 2) The only place to "day drink" is the lobby lounge. Maybe open one of the bars/lounges earlier. 3) My room door handle was a little bit loose. No major issue with security of the door, but something maintenance should be checking, in my opinion. The hotel is very clean and well staffed with knowledgeable and cheerful staff. From the front desk, the waitstaff at all establishments, to the housekeeping staff. All will do their best to make the stay there enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Special shout to Pao, the bartender at the Alehouse. Outstanding bar skills and service! Also Goong and Film. These ladies made the effort to get to know the patrons and make the time more personal!"

"Nice hotel, clean spaces and friendly staff. The area next to the pool is under construction and was a bit distracting. Rooftop restaurant Seen had amazing views but the food was not at all worth the price."

"Fantastic Stay at Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok! We recently stayed at the Siam@Siam Design Hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a combination of a winning location, comfort, and style. * Prime Location & Shopping: The hotel is centrally located and extremely accessible, just a short walk from some of the best shopping malls in the city, including MBK Center, Siam Paragon, and Siam Discovery. * Dining & Food Scene: Right around the hotel, you will find a street packed with fantastic Asian restaurants and eateries. A huge advantage here is the ability to sit down and enjoy great food in air-conditioned restaurants—a true blessing after a hot day exploring Bangkok. * Hotel Facilities: The hotel features a great gym and a lovely pool, which are both perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. * Breakfast & Service: The breakfast was great with plenty of variety, and the hotel staff were simply wonderful—welcoming us warmly and always happy to assist with any request. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok. We would gladly stay here again!"
