「We loved the the double bed room diamond villa with the balcony and view. The food was good and they had variety dishes. Nice place to relax. Only issue we faced was poor WiFi strength.」

「It was an extremely disappointing stay. We were 3 families stayed around the new year. Firstly, the property is in a very isolated place and getting there is incredibly hard..for last 1km stretch leading upto the property , there is no road at all and only one vehicle can pass through .if in the opposite direction , another vehicle is coming through , one of them have to take a reverse and reach the starting point ..terrible Food..breakfast had very limited options and not exciting at all for...

「The resort is situated in natural habitat. The ambience is good. You can alway hear the pleasant sound of cricket and the stream. The cottages and facilities seems to be old not well maintained. The buffet is fine. But they are very reluctant to provide room service. Hence if you have difficulty in walking or on wheel chair or with small babies avoid this place. 「Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff, every single one of them whether it was a housemaid, reception...
