「Even though booking was for AC room, on reaching there we were told it is for non-AC room as Premier Triple rooms are non-AC only and we had to pay $28 extra for shifting to AC room.」

「自然に囲まれているところは評価しますが、カルペッタまでやや遠いこと、客室がまるでキャンプのような外観で、入り口がジッパーのため、鍵がかけられないところが問題です。また夕食を2人で3回利用したのですが、メニューはなく、値段も先に分かりません。相場を考えていたら、1人1回400ルピーもして驚いてしまいました。先におしえてほしかったです。また森の中なので、虫は多いです。バスルームにも入り込みます。」

「This was one of my favourite places I have stayed. Location amazing on their coffee plantation. Beautiful walks and amazing food. The staff can’t do enough for you and the swimming pool is lovely too. 3 beautiful dogs to keep you company too. 」

「The resort is situated in natural habitat. The ambience is good. You can alway hear the pleasant sound of cricket and the stream. The cottages and facilities seems to be old not well maintained. The buffet is fine. But they are very reluctant to provide room service. Hence if you have difficulty in walking or on wheel chair or with small babies avoid this place. 「Overall good experience. It's a nice place for a lazy stay. only limitation is that the room I chose weren't facing the Banasura hills but I got royal family suite complementary for a day. Hence I can forget it. 」
