Great getaway for a few days immersed in nature, stunning hikes and views and wonderful staff and cuisine. Accent on on-site activities is justifiable; surrounding attractions outside the property, while famous, are incredibly crowded and congested and better to enjoy the excellent ambiance, service and cuisine and superb cabin rooms drenched with birdsongs!

Wayanad Wild was amazing. The jeep ride to the property was exhilarating. The staff were super helpful. Food always delicious. The rooms were large and clean. The staff organised lots of activities and the pool was lovely. It was a fantastic holiday made extra special by the wonderful staff.

okay for a day's stay pool should be heated to be made usable - else it can be converted into lily pond, etc. would have been nice to have mountain bikes to explore the area

Great place to chill

Stayed here two nights and it was quickly obvious that this is a very professionally run hotel. Dropped off at the car parking rendezvous we bumped along a 3 km track to the hotel into middle of the rainforest. The staff here were all terrific. Good number of activities and we enjoyed the late afternoon walk (4km) with the naturalist. The only downside is that you are within an enclosed perimeter and unable to walk outside due to safety reasons as this is indeed a wild area and elephants can be dangerous. It is possible to organise longer walks outside of the area but you need to ask about this. The meals were okay. Great choice but a bit bland for our taste. Suspect the heat levels may have been toned down as February was a popular month with the Brits. Two nights were sufficient but the real standout was interaction with some great staff members and see some terrific wildlife.

Pleasant stay in a very quiet environment

Well maintained resort in the middle of the jungle. They offer free guided easy walks around the resort. The facilities, room and restaurant are extremely clean and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Also food is delicious and freshlly prepared

Nice Property

The property is very nice.. it is in the midst of the forest.. extremely green all around.. great staff and great hospitality.. There are only two comments I'd have: 1. They need some more variety in the buffet cuisine.. it is typically dishes from the region and north Indian.. while they do serve you a pasta on request, if would be nice to have some more cuisines in the buffet itself - may it be Chinese, Continental etc and some starters..
