「Overall, the hotel seemed to be poorly managed. The room key pad's battery was dead and we were not able to re-access the room after our belongings were inside. The front desk staff member, Matt, was very helpful but was not fully trained on the procedure to unlock the door. Due to his tenacity and dedication to helping, he was able to gain access after much effort. In the morning, breakfast was delay by 20-25 minutes.
