「The person who checked me in was very nice and helpful. the person who checked me out not so much. The room was swept and clean. The beds were made. the sheets were clean, but I don't know they had been changed. The covers had an odor to them from the middle down to the foot or at least the top cover did. 「A hotel should not book rooms that are not fully ready to be used. There was no closet. No closet bar, no hangers. No hairdryer. No laundry bag. No exhaust fan cover in the bathroom. There was no counter to place toiletries on the sink while getting ready. The tiles in the shower near the drain stuck to my foot when I stepped on it and came off of the floor when I moved. And when we complained, we were informed that the hotel was under renovation and not all rooms had been everything guests...

「The view of lake was great. We were in cabin 1, But the cabins are really run down and not very clean. Oven was filthy and stove top and sink had deep scratches and chunks of porcelain hunks gone leaving black spots. Faucets had corrosion , water had a really bad smell. I could go on but I should stop. We will never stay there again or suggest it to our friends. 」
