「Always my go to stay now when visiting family - always a spa bath room 」

「Our stay here was brief but I was happy to see that they were willing to serve dinner not long before closing. (There aren’t a lot of dining choices nearby.) It is an older property but everything functioned and was clean. Boot tray in the closet for wet boots was a good feature, although we lucked out with the weather. We also appreciated the bottled water. We enjoyed the cook-to-order breakfast and overall friendliness of the property. The view of the bridge and stream was outstanding. 」

「The staff here are incredible, so friendly and helpful. We stayed for a nearby wedding and they gave us an iron and iron board and taxi recommendations. The food also tasted amazing and was great quality, the menu isn't large but they do regularly change their specials. The room itself was nice, it was quite small but to be expected for such an old property, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom modern. Our only issue was the cleanliness. 「Easy to find. Staff friendly. Although the room felt tired it was clean comfortable and had everything you needed, however as a light sleeper a blackout blind would be welcome. We had a evening meal was absolutely delicious and we would recommend. Would stay here again」

「waterheadという場所にあり、amblesideの中心からは離れているが、歩いて15分だしまあまあなロケーション。 スタッフの感じは明るくアジア人に対しても差別は感じなかった。 朝ごはんのレベルは高く盛り付けは品がいい。 部屋はシングルだったが、ベッドはダブルサイズで清潔であり快適。アップグレードされたのかもしれないが。ただし部屋はロッジ風で宿泊客の通り道だったためカーテンをしておかないと外から中が見えます。湖水地方にしてはリーズナブルなお値段だったので、こんなものかも。セントラルヒーティング《ラジエーターと言いますが》完備。」
