「The staff here are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable about the area. Check in was smooth, lovely big room with hot tub, gorgeous breakfast, comfy bed to name but a few positives. The only slight negative and I emphasis slight - room 2 ground floor can get quite noisy outside due to customers coming and going for breakfast. However this would not put me off and would definitely return. Parking limited.」

「こじんまりとしてるが部屋はとても清潔で広々。朝食は美味しい。量の調整もしてもらえる。1階のＲｏｏｍ14はバスタブ付。道路の角に面していて騒音が酷かった。部屋に臭いが付くのでtakeawayの部屋への持ち込みは禁止とのこと。雨の日は乾燥室を使わせていただいた。」

「had a lovely stay at the Waterwheel with my husband - an excellent guest-house right in the centre of Ambleside, but still quiet and peaceful. Our room was clean and comfortable with some nice touches such as homemade flapjacks and a glass of port. the service was fantastic and were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. a parking permit for the local car park was also a great bonus. we will definitely stay again next time we are in the Lakes」

"グラスミアーの湖面に面していて最高の環境であった。食事も旨く、夕食付きの予約は、お得だった。レストランの若い女性の給仕達が喧しいこと、シーツが5日間替えられなかったこと、ランドリーサービスが無いこと、駐車場側の部屋だったので、眺望がいまいちだったことが残念だった。"
