「Tom was a great host and helped us with tips on where to eat and what to enjoy in the area. The hotel is a little gem in a perfect location and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. 「On the plus side the accommodation is situated next to lake windermere and the mountains so glorious scenery guaranteed. Invermere is a friendly town with lots of shopping available. My main disappointment was the failure of communications between myself and the property owner to ensure accommodation was available on our arrival. The instructions on the booking confirmation was to contact the owner 24hrs before arrival however on doing so I was only able to contact an answering machine. On...

「We had a great stay here! Even though the cold pool and waterslides were closed they still had the warm pool and the hot tubs working and our 2 year old had a blast splashing around! Beautiful property and it wasn't too crazy busy which we enjoyed. Overall we had a lovely stay!」
