This would be a 9 or even 10 out of 10 if it had air conditioning because it does get very hot and you simply cannot be in the room during the day with the portable fan the room has. We went in the summer so this will be a non-issue in the winter. A kitchenette would also be nice to have. "This is a small 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex that has definitely been updated inside and out. Air conditioned in each room, amenities present so didn't really have to worry about anything except personal items. We were missing a fitted sheet on one bed, but we just used the other one. All in all, I would definitely stay there again. "
