"Beautiful 2 level cabin nestled in the trees overlooking the lake. Our 2 dogs, husband and I enjoyed the beautiful mountain scenery every morning and evening on the decks. The house was very clean and we had everything we could possibly need especially in the kitchen. I can also say the communication with check-in and checkout was excellent. We couldn’t have had a better stay!!"
Condo sleeps 4 at a budget price. Only 200 yards from 6 person chairlift!

"We had an amazing stay at this property! The beds and pillows were comfy and it's obvious that Andrea and Mitch have been thoughtful about the little details that provide a wonderful stay for their guests. We didn't want to leave and we definitely want to come back! I have to mention that the scenery in the area and to the north is just breathtaking!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at this woodsy artist cabin. The deck and the hot tub, under the dark night skies were absolutely perfect for Star gazing. There are hikes, lakes, live music and outdoor dinner down the road at the James Ranch. The kitchen had everything you could want to make practically anything. We’re grateful to have had such a nice comfy stay with our family. Oh, nearby we did see a moose and her calf!"

"The house was perfect for our group of nine in terms of configuration, number or bedrooms and baths, parking. air was disappointing hat the dishwasher was broken and I guess also the the garbage disposal, because when we used it there was a flood of water onto the kitchen floor coming from under the dishwasher. The hot water in the kitchen sink is a little quirky. Some showers relievers lots of hot water, some others never really got very hot."

"Clean property, quiet neighborhood, has everything you need to cook your meals if you want it. It’s located between Durango and Silverton, close to City Market for needed groceries. Plenty of gas stations.The highlight of our trip was the Train Ride from Durango to Silverton.The weather was beautiful during our stay.Beds are firm, not too comfortable, was not able to enjoy the outdoors much due to tons of mosquitoes, have to spray your self a lot. There were no fish in the little pond in front of the property, Another con was that the biggest lake called Electra Lake you have to pay to get in and it’s per person not per vehicle. I was looking forward to go all the different lakes, however, they are mostly in private property and no access. We wanted an outdoor experience and we felt cheated. Over all we had a good time and we recommended the property,"
