「Great」

「Overall, I’d stay here again. The staff was super nice & I think they’re doing some upgrades but you wouldn’t know because it’s so quiet. We had a room on the 1st floor & never heard our neighbors upstairs or beside us. I would recommend brining an air freshener; my part of the room smelled of weed (though it was a non smoking room). I think because the last rooms on the floor were smoking. Also, bring extra pillows; we only got 2. It’s convenient to a lot of food options; Publix is up the road...

「I give this property 4 stars because if you are looking at hotels in this price range, you will already know you aren't expecting the luxury that twice the price will get you. It's clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and the TV has plenty of good channels. No complaints. For the price, I will be staying here again.」

「The only thing I didn’t like was that when we got there and checked our room it wasn’t what it was supposed to be from what we purchased on Expedia it was suppose to be one king bed and instead of it being what we booked for it was two beds instead and it’s only two beds throughout the entire hotel.」

「Rentavations Are Going On. The Rooms Are Old. They Did Not Clean the Room. The Towel and Wash Clothes Were Dingy. You have to Purchase Your Own Bath Room Tissue and Soaps. I purchased Towels to Use Also. One Staff Member Was Nasty-Nasty Attitude towards Me. They Don’t Explain Anything To You. Do Not Put A Card on File.」

「First, the clerk gives me a key to an occupied room, then he gave me an empty room which was horrible. There were roaches, spiders and gnats in my room, as soon as you open the door there is an overwhelming scent of mold. There were cobwebs above the door, The floor was sinking in, the ceiling was water damaged, the bathroom fixtures were rusted and gross. The room was unbelievably terrible. I told the clerk and was given yet another room, which was in even worse condition, I ultimately left the...
