「宿泊客は無料で使えるプール、温水ジャグジー、サウナが素晴らしかったです。私は使いませんでしたが、フィットネスもありました。 予約時点でいちばん安かった部屋（１泊１２０００円程度）に泊まりましたが、バスタブ付きで快適でした。部屋の冷蔵庫にはミネラルウォーターとポーションタイプの牛乳が冷やしてあり嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方はどなたも親切でしたし、レストランやバーも良心的な価格でした。 また近くに行くことがあれば必ず泊まりたいと思います。」

「朝食はビュッフェ形式だったので、フルイングリッシュ ブレックファーストは期待できなかったが、起き抜けに摂る朝食の 質・量としては特に問題は無かった。 エレベーターは無いので（設置されていないのが普通）、思いスーツケースを持ち運びするのは大変。 ただ、チェックイン中に、スタッフがスーツケースを部屋まで運んでくれて、とても助かりました。 ホテルスタッフは皆とても感じが良かった。 お風呂もジェットバスが備わっていてお得感があった。 バス停から徒歩1分程の距離なので、とにかく便利。」

「It is a beautiful hotel and all the staff was fantastic!! The room was amazing! Fiona at the front desk went out of her way to welcome us. A perfect person to start our hotel stay. Very informative and welcoming! Our dinner and breakfast host Manjo (I probably have spelled his name wrong) was GREAT! 「This is a repeat trip to this hotel. set in the glorious countryside of Grasmere. The hotel has a quaint but contempoary feel. all the staff from arrival to leaving were understadig and willing to talk to us about the spa, food or the amenities. We had an upstairs upgrade room with Jacuzzi bath and balcony overlooking the adjacent stream. We visited the compact spa which was welcome after a days hiking and lasted one half hour by our choice. 「Had a fantastic stay in the Edelweisse suite for part of our honeymoon tour of the lakes. Room was spotless and awesome. Fantastic facilities in the room, difficult to choose between hot tub or spa bath, so alternated between the two. Batj may have edged it due to TV! Comfortable bed and sofa. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and brought to our room, and was delicious!」

「Really enjoyed this weekend away. We had a family room which had 2 singles and a double, it was a very large room with gorgeous high ceiling and window overlooking the road quiet location. The staff were all lovely and very welcoming. Enjoyed having access to the pool which the kids loved. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all hot which is sometimes missing in some venues. Breakfast was buffet and no complaints. I would say my only gripe was the kids menu in the restaurants, its £15 for 2...
