Log cabin estates, 14 acres, playground, picnic pavilion, horseshoes, and hoops. ATV drive-in and drive-out to trailheads. Elevation 8670 ft. Lake Fork of the Gunnison at playground and pavilion. Lots of furry and feathered friends’ sightings and visitations. We do not use pesticide chemicals. We are subject from time-to-time to dusty mountain breezes. Our log home is close to parks, art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and the expansive National Forest of the San Juan Mountains. The quaint Victorian mining town of Lake City is 1 mile north - nice flat walk. We are available nearby at our main home on the premises 24-7 to help with any questions or issues that may arise.
