「高級な2LDKのマンションという感じです。部屋は清潔で、キッチンには調理器具が一通り揃っています。洗濯機やアイロン、コーヒーメーカーもあります。近くには大型スーパーがあり買い出しできます。ウィーン中心部には電車を2本乗り継いで15分というところです。部屋の掃除やタオルの交換は、依頼により有料で行ってくれます。受付は常時いるわけではなく、あらかじめ送られてきたメールに記載のピン番号を、入り口のオートロックのところで入力してカードキィを受けとります。」

「国連での会合でウィーンに用務があり利用しました．空港から Vienne Airport Line で一本，ホテルの目の前までバスがいってくれるので大変便利です．国連本部から５分のところにあり，こちらも便利です．Vienne 中心部へも，徒歩 5 分のところにメトロの駅があり，大変便利です．ホテルは１階にバーとレストランが，２階に朝食用のビュッフェがあります．１階のレストランはこじんまりしていますが，しっかり食べられます．３回ほど利用しましたが，味もなかなか．朝食ビュッフェは数量も多く満足です．部屋は広く清潔感があり，バスタブもついていて日本人にはうれしい．お湯もすぐに出てきます．大変快適でした．国連に行く際はまた利用したいです．」

「When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. In the castle cellar is the Czech National Wine Centre, where they have over 160 wines from the Czech Republic, and you can buy s ticket for 2 hours and taste as many as you want, each wine has a large fold-up with data and a QR code so you can read in other languages.
