"Room was very spacious, with a lovely mountain view. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good, and the breakfast room is lovely. Slopes easily accessible. "

"Fantastic apartment in really good location. We were there last week of the season in glorious weather. Great having small gondola right next door for ski in ski out, but it did shut half way through the week due to season wind down, but no issue. Pictures on listing do not do justice to the apartment, lounge has been updated to greater comfort. Well appointed equipment and friendly caretaker who managed with our lack of French. Vehicle was too big for garage entrance but managed to park in lay-by next to building. Only tiny gripe would be lack of drawers in main bedroom, but loads of hangers, and access to storage in the second bedroom could only be accessed by a smaller person past the bunk beds. But like I say, only a tiny issue.Thank you for a great visit."

"I think they should make some options for the kids club and nanny for kids 3-5 years old… because if you came with the kid to the hotel… there is nothing to occupy the kid, no option to take nanny service and to go for skiing and party lunch… other hotels has those options. Restaurant prices are to high this year and menu is very limited… bagatelle prices for food were cheaper"

"Location was good - excellent ski in ski out but you had to walk 1200m up the slope from the centre after 5pm.Host communication was poorNo towels provided - no hairdryer provided and hot water went off so no shower after 7pm"

"Exceptionally poor customer service. When things go wrong, absolutely no one takes responsibility, management is unavailable, and they simply don’t care about making things better. Stay at other nearby properties to get the quiet feeling with better service."

"The chalet was very comfortable, it has everything to stay at home quite well: the kitchen has everything to cook, there were 2 freezers. With two restrooms it was good for 6 people. For sure, I will return"
