The beds are disgusting and wrapped in PLASTIC, the pillows seemed to be picked up from the street. No towels, no wifi, I felt like sleeping at the cheapest motel ever. Fortunately we only stayed one night 🙈🙈

places not clean used cigarets and empty bottles under the bed dirty dishes old food no linens!!!!!! no shower towels!!!

Stay away from this property. It’s extremely dirty. Infested with bedbugs. My husband is extremely allergic and We ended up at a clinic. Customer service for this property sucks. We did not know we needed to bring our own sheets and they were not helpful when we called them to get some. You can find better properties for the same price. Please stay away from this. I wish I had read all the reviews before I booked it.

Poor communication

I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff.

extremely over priced. email with arrival instructions with keybox code not sent, had to call. given the price per 1 night to not have linen, or basic cleaning products available is ridiculous. toilet brush holder missing. hoover handle broken. skole alarm beeping all night every 5 mins (I checked I battery low, but couldn't figure out the issue) basic mismatching cooking equipment and plates/glasses more of a standard of student accomodation. no corkscrew. the beds/bathroom themselves are decent standard.

Would not recommend.

The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response.

Péssima higiene

A comunicação foi ruim. Precisei ligar para obter as informações do check in. Isso no dia de entrar. Com a ligação recebi o email com os códigos ao 12:30 para entrar as 16:00. Não tinha roupa de cama, lençóis, fronhas para travesseiros, toalhas. Sem aviso. Ligamos quando vimos e falaram que so poderiam entregar no dia seguinte. Tive que comprar tudo. Apartamento com aspecto de sujo. Cheiro de cigarro. Na ligação que fiz para obter os códigos de acesso, nao fomos avisados nem perguntados, se gostaríamos de receber essas coisas. Nunca imaginei que teria que levar toalhas, lençóis , fronhas do Brasil.
