「The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

「Although not particularly fancy, the hotel is quite nice but most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my 5 night solo stay very much as Famara beach is only 15 mins drive, if you’re into surfing.」

「チェックインの時間より早く着いたのですが、スタッフさんがとても優しく共有スペースのソファーで休んでいてもいいよと促してくれました。共有キッチンでお茶やコーヒーを飲めることを教えてくれたり、こちらが何も言わなくてもWi-Fiパスワードを渡してくれたりと、至れり尽くせりで、おかげさまでチェックインの時間までゆっくりくつろいで待つことができました。 部屋はダブルのバス付きをシングルユースで選びました。 コンパクトなお部屋ですが、3階だったので眺めのいい共有バルコニーがあって居心地が良かったです。クローゼットにハンガーがたくさんあったので洗濯ものを干す時助かりました。 小さな宿ですが、スタッフさんは皆優しくて感じが良く、特に女性スタッフさんは私の名前をすぐに覚えてくれて呼んで下さったことが嬉しかったです。 アットホームで気楽な宿なのでエレベーターがないとか、防音とか細かいことが気になる人にはおすすめしません。 私にとっては、立地も値段も雰囲気も良く楽しい滞在でした。」

「The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway.」

「目の前がビーチでとても見晴らしが良いです！屋上からは写真スポットもありそのからの眺めも最高です！ 景色を眺めながら歩いて15分くらいでステキなボート風景（セサルマンリケ通り）も楽しめます。 ホテルからセサルマンリケ通りまで夜の20時前頃に通りましたが観光客が歩いていて外灯も明るく治安は問題なかったです。 1月終わりの時期は昼間は日光がさすととても暑く、日が陰ると少し肌寒く、夜になるととても冷えました。 夜はタンクトップと薄手の長袖パーカーだととても寒かったです。 お土産は空港でも買えますがポストカードは私が探した限り見つかりませんでした。 ホテルのフロント前で売っていたランザローテ島のマグネット3€がタイル調のものでとても可愛いです！ ホテルに一泊して朝にチップを置き忘れたら、ハンドタオルとバスマットが置かれてありませんでした。 たまたまかもしれませんが、連泊する際はチップを置いた方が良いかもしれません。」

「Nos alojamos en la suite 5 y nos encantó: es muy amplia, luminosa y decorada con mucho gusto. Además, tiene acceso directo a la piscina. La limpieza es impecable y todo se ve tal cual aparece en las fotos. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y muy completo, y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. El wifi funciona perfectamente en todas las instalaciones y el Honesty Bar junto a la piscina nos pareció una idea fantástica: puedes servirte cuando te apetezca y pagar después, súper cómodo. 「The staff were all very kind happy and welcoming. Excellent facilities in the apartment. Very spacious outdoor areas sec9nd pool area was a surprise thought there was only 1 and so very quiet. 」

「Clean and modern accommodation In a great location near the main strip. Onsite bar serving cold drinks and food with friendly staff. Pool area always busy so you have to be up early to get a sun lounger but wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 」

「Property is right on the beach giving it good location. However it should be noted that swimming has been prohibited since October 2025 due to pollution. All staff very polite although Marcella in the cafe bar stands out for excellent service. 」

「A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. 」
