The hotel in close proximity to both La Spezia Centrale and the port, and the staff are extremely kind, helpful , and generous. The rooms are simple , nothing too impressive but it’s excellent value. The breakfast service is very old fashioned and pleasant. Would 100% stay again

The property was clean, staff was extremely helpful when we needed information about ferry and bus service. Ferry to Cinque Terre is walking distance along with several bus stops to the train station. Around the corner is a handful of restaurants and cafes. A small market is close by. Hotel had a nice breakfast with light fare that included eggs, bacon, yogurt, and breads. We were pleased with our short stay. Con-there is no elevator if you have large luggage.

Hotel staff were helpful. Room had AC which we really needed. Room and hotel were clean. Bathroom needs to be updated with better shower. Room was small but thats all we needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay but i would rate the hotel good-average in general

This is the perfect spot to see both LaSpezzia and Cinque Terre! There are great cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping spots! The fort has a fabulous view if you can handle the walk! Only issue was they advertised a laundromat service and a bar at the hotel and we couldn’t figure out how to get any service in the bar. Also, we needed to use the local laundromat.

We enjoyed our stay. We chose this property because it was about 20 min walk from where we had to drop our car at Hertz, 20 min walk from the train to Cinque Terre, and about a 5 minute walk from where we had a scooter rented (walk to the Esso gas station and you will see the scooters you can rent). Staff was very polite and helpful in pointing us in the direction of the public transportation. They also alloys to leave our luggage with them after checking out so we could go to see the last couple areas of Cinque Terre. Great a/c in the room. The only negative was the blowdryer in the room. It resembled a vacuum hose and really needs to be swapped out and updated.
