"Stayed in Philadelphia to visit family downtown and zoo a short uber away, plenty of room and bathrooms for my 2daughters,nephew and sister as well as games on hand and smart tvs on every floor for kids, washer and dryer were convenient and any emergency needs were met promptly first plans I'll look up next time i visit"

"I contacted the host for check-in instructions the morning of our stay and they replied an hour or so before check-in stating they were cancelling due to damage at the apartment. They clearly knew about the damage before this time and should have cancelled much sooner. He then didn't reply any further and I had to work with customer service while traveling to Philly to get another place to stay."
