「 I had a terrible experience It was the first time I wanted to try out the resort, but I was not welcomed from the time I entered. I was not greeted, but was sent around to fill out forms, after standing in the queue to check in. I requested a room with availability at a high floor, but was told they cannot help me without even checking the system for availability. When I called to request a booking for the jacuzzi, I was told its booked out and I had to call at 7 in the morning. I was not...

「Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber und bietet alles, was eine Familie benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von Ushaka hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon Richtung Hafenkanal und Meer hat und sehr, sehr zugesagt und beeindruckt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Pool wurde renoviert und wir konnten diesen außer an einem Tag nicht nutzen, hierauf gab es im Vorfeld keinem Hinweis von Hotelseite.」
