"We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Our family stayed in Movenpick for a one week visit to Hanoi. The place is kept very clean, and the staff are always very accommodating and pleasant. There’s a wide variety of food to choose from during breakfast. Just outside the hotel are various convenience stores and coffee shops. There’s a restaurant in the hotel as well as outside, just one or two blocks down the streets. We’d like to thank the staff, most especially Kent, who welcomed us at arrival and was always very enthusiastic and sincerely happy to help throughout our entire stay. "

"Amazing varieties, room is clean"

"Lovely and clean room, well equipped. The washing machine was convenient. Had lunch at the restaurant when we arrived and Ricardo was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was great, they change the Asian dishes on a daily basis, which was great. Only small issue is there's only one coffee machine and even though there was a jug of coffee on the side, can get pretty crowded during busy times. Location was a bit far from the centre but it was what we wanted. Going to the old quarter was easy and cheap with Grab. There's also a mini mart across the street if you need to buy basic necessities. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Only niggling thing is they only give one key card and despite asking for another one, told it's standard to only issue one. Means that my husband and I have to pretty much stick together, which was inconvenient especially since we need it to operate the lift as well. So when we just came back from a day out and he wanted to have a smoke first, either i'd have to hang around with him or he had to take me upstairs first before going back down. All in all, still good and would definitely stay there again if we ever visit the city again in the future."
