This 1-star flat, located 1km from the beach in Geraniums sector, features with a living room and dining area, open-plan kitchen and lounge with 140cm sofa bed. There is also a bedroom (160cm double bed), a wardrobe. The shower and toilet are separate. Free parking space. Access after about twenty steps down.

In a closed and secured domain with common pool from june to september (10 €/person/week + deposit 50 €) and 4 tennis courts (deposit 100 €, access 40 € on reservation). Free internet access at the club house.

Rental house hold linen in option : 20 € double bed, 8 € the set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.

Gigaro beach with coastal foot and moutain bike path + sea path and mini-market (bakeries and international press) open from march until October, restaurants.
The centre of La Croix-Valmer with its Sunday market, all the local shops (bakers, butchers, greengrocers, newsagents, tobacconist's, pharmacy, health centres, hardware store, etc.) is 4.5 km away, with a free shuttle service from June to September.
About 10mn from Ramatuelle, 15mn from l'Escalet, 20mn from the beaches of Pampelonne and 25mn from the life of St-Tropez.
