「The nightmare began on check in after traveling all 2 1/2 days to get there, the front desk had no record of us, it took about 40- 50 minutes (after a 1 1/2 drive to get there) to contact the owner to verify we rented the place. The place is run down, no coffee maker, filthy stove that had only one burner working, no wine opener, pots/pans horrible condition, the toilet seat and sink stopper were broken in the master bedroom the curtain rod which fell on my son was not secure and broken we he...

「The place was very clean. The actual rooms are not located where the reception area is (a street or 2 away) so it was a bit confusing, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. 」

「Do not rent. This owner approved the booking then took the money. Then never showed up to rent the apartment. Had to get a refund from VRBO」
