「I loved my stay there! It’s right on the beach and restaurants and bars are next door!! I would go back!」

「The guesthouse is situated overlooking the ocean but it is well hidden. Don't give up! Follow the unpaved road around and you'll find a gem. The proprietor is friendly, will provide breakfast, arrange take-out meals and transfers if needed. We enjoyed our stay. 」

「Breakfast menu was ok should include a greater menu. Also on the pool they should have staff sorrounding customers to ask customers what they need not just give a menu and customers end up looking who is going to take care of them.」

「Clean room, nice staff, good choice breakfast, very inviting pool and overall, the Hotel just feels like a big hotel chain with their ergonomics and finishing touches. Just one thing, even though on the website it states service animals are the only ones welcome, you might be given a pushback as most DR places are quick to rule out and indiscriminately judge on a quick no for a service animal’s entrance unless you press the matter further. Overall, it’s a phenomenal place and friendly staff.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. They staff was pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast was ok, but would probably order à la carte next time. It was a very pleasant stay on our way to catch a cruise. The grounds and surrounding area are very nice.」

「I am extremely satisfied with my stay at El Navegante Hotel in Bayahibe! Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room. I found the code lock to be extremely handy so I didn't have to worry about losing a key or key card while at the beach. This property is an apartment style building right in the neighborhood. 「We stayed the night before our cruise. $25 cab ride away from airport and from cruise terminal. Cabbie did not recognize hotel name as it was called something else. Staff did not speak English but check in was easy. Rooms were a good size. Very basic amenities. Just a bed and a table and chair ( I think). No towels in room. I think there was a small soap. Front desk guy went to find some towels for us. Bathroom was poorly lit and slightly moldy. Water was cold. Breakfast was eggs, toast, juice...
