「There was no one to check in with but there was a phone number to call. It only took a few minutes before someone came to check me in. There was a bit of a mix up with my booking but was sorted out in short order.This is a family owned and operated hotel from my understanding. The restaurant was closed, I was told this was because a family matter. Older hotel that could use an update, but although older it was clean and had no complaints that regard. 「Absolutely beautiful hotel, location and staff. Construction due to proximity to the airport however, nothing that slows you down. If Ottawa has another Hyrox, I would recommend that you stay here.」

「Room was tidy and clean, staffs were nice. My stay was short and couldn't try gym or others, but I would say this is a solid choice if you are looking for a hotel close to the airport.」

「I was given room 125 that backs against the elevator shaft. You could hear the elevator going up and down all night until midnight and started again at 5:00am.」
