Terrible Hotel- but friendly staff

Whilst the staff are friendly and courteous they did not know we had a booking that had already been paid the for and did not have any rooms available. They finally after 1 hour provided us with 2 rooms even though we booked and paid for 4 room, which had no toilet paper, towels or pillow covers. All bed sheets and pillows were stained in blood and dirt stains, toilet in the bathroom were cove ed in dirt and soap scum. Don’t trust the photos provided. We stayed for 3 hours then left.

Green swimming pool.

The pool was green. When we asked about the chlorine level we were met with a puzzled look. We booked out a day early when they closed the pool and said it wouldn't be opened again for 2 days. The hotel has great potential but the owner needs to give the manager a kick up the **** and he in turn needs to give the lazy staff one. Stairways were filthy. Paving was covered with mildew. Staff spent most of the day looking at their watches.

Un peu excentre....chouette piscine....n'offre pas le petit dej car pas de cuisine...la chambre est pas mal pas propre....salle de bain affreuse et sale. petit conseil:les chauffeurs de taxi ne connaissent pas l'hotel, donc ne pas oublier de prendre la carte de visite de l'hotel avec vous, ou mentionner le swiss bel hotel juste en face (petit conseil)

후기 남깁니다.

마지막날 공항가기전 샤워목적으로 예약을 했는데 딱 그정도입니다. 침대시트는 얼룩져있고 화장실도 지저분하고, 냉장고에는 쥐똥있고, 건물 옆엔 사원이있는데 저녁부터 계속 징치고 주문외우고... 변기도 막히고... 화장실이 지져분해서 샤워하고 싶은 맘도 뚝 떨어져 그냥 에어컨으로 땀을 말리고 세수만하고 나왔네요... 주변에 식당도 거의 없고.... 조금한 골목으로 연결되어있어 맘대로 다니기도 무섭습니다. 저렴한 가격으로 장기숙박할 목적이라면 괜찮은 가격과 룸컨디션일듯... 하지만 연인,가족끼리 숙박할 그런 곳은 절대 아님...

Een uitstekend budget hotel

De kamer is redelijk groot en de wifi is goed. Het zwembad is redelijk groot en ziet er goed uit. De service is uitstekend, en er is een ruimte waar je eigen maaltijd kan nuttigen en zelfs koken (zij hebben geen restaurant). Er zijn verschillende kleine lokale eettenten waar je voor een euro lekkere 'nasi campur'(rijst met verschillende gerechten) kan kopen. De shopping mall (discovery mall) is op loopafstand, ca 10-15 minuten lopen. Dit hotel ligt vrij dicht bij de grote weg waar veel winkels langs de weg staan, maar het ligt ver genoeg van de weg af om rustig te kunnen slapen. Het staat bijna tegenover de nieuwe Swiss Bel hotel (4-5 sterren hotel), en voor taxy kun je beter dit hotel nemen als lokatiemarker.

disgusting bathroom

We stayed there for two nights. The room was OK but the bathroom was disgusting! You didnt want to go inside. The Hotel is a bit far away Form everything. To the Beach you habe to go 15 min. We didnt enjoy our stay there.

Hinta/laatusuhde oli kohdallaan

Hotelli oli ihan siisti ja huoneet vaatimattomat mutta hyvät. Hotelli oli Hotels comin tarjouslistalla, joten huoneemme oli hyvin halpa. Keittiö olisi voinut olla vaikka omalla keittomahdollisuudella, koska hotellissa ei ollut ravintolaa ja ruokapaikat olivat aika kaukana. Huoneen edessä oli käytävä, mikä toimi myös huoneen terassina ja siinä terassilla ei ollut tuoleja eikä muutakaan kalusteita. No ne sai kun keräili muualta hotellin alueelta. Hotellin uima-altaan vesi oli hyvin likaisen näköistä, siihen ei tehnyt mieli mennä uimaan. Hotelli sijaitsi ihan eri paikassa, mihin Google-maps hotellin sijainnin osoitti.

Away from the kuta chaos

Spacious rooms, comfy bed, big pool, and a perfect distance away from the chaos of kuta strip yet, remains close enough for you to go back if you wish although there is plenty to eat a stones throw away. Good value for money.

Average stay for the night

We stayed as a couple for just 1 night. The room was on the ground floor, even though when we booked, it was mentioned that we will have a patio/balcony attached with the room. The best sheets were not very clean and the a/c took a while to get the room cooled. It is a dimly lit street and if one wants to have food during the night, then there are no hotels nearby. Mosquitoes are also prevalent in the room, so do apply the repellent as well. The KUTA center is 10 minutes by walk, but it is not advisable during the night, because of stray dogs, and also the traffic is very rash. The 2 wheelers ride very fast especially during the night time. As there is no restaurant in the Hotel, plan to have dinner somewhere in the city center before arriving at the Hotel

You get what you pay for..

You get what you pay for. The bed was clean and comfortable ,the a/c worked. The bathroom was very basic, nice hot shower, was abit rusty and mouldy. 2 small complimentary water bottles were in the room which was a nice touch. The staff were nice, helped drop off our bags to the room. We checked out and left our bags in the front desk area, it was outside (wasn't locked in a room) in the shade, our bags were fine. Hotel is situated at the back streets quite central. Good for one night stay, swimming pool looked ok but didn't use it. Close to mom's place and a few local restaurants. A small convenient store was also close by. All in all paid 26 aud (no restaurant facilities so no brekkie) for a night, fine for a quick stop over at Bali.

We stayed for 2 nights and booked online. Because if I book directly in the lobby, I have to pay about 40% more expensive than the online price. And staff is very bad, he said it will contact the rental motor bike and he told me there are two motor bikes. but after we wait for 1 hour. not available. The room is pretty big, but water closet not working, it cant flush. Not include breakfast .

最近、改装されたようで、とてもきれいです。ディスカバリーモールまでも歩いて行けて便利です。 部屋の狭さ、プールの水のにごり、場所の分かりにくさなどマイナス面もありますが、値段の安さからすればかなり良いと思います。

Bon rapport qualité-prix

En rapport avec le prix de la nuitée, cet hôtel est top. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie confortable, une salle de bain un peu petite et le tout est propre. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner mais le café et le thé sont à disposition gratuitement toute le journée. Le personnel est aimable et à votre disposition. La WiFi fonctionne bien. L'hôtel et la rue sont calmes. Après, la situation dans Kuta est un peu isolée. Si vous voulez vous rendre à la plage, vous pouvez très bien le faire à pied mais c'est un peu loin. L'idéal est de prendre un taxi. Si vous choisissez cette option, ne prenez que les taxis Blue Bird : ce sont les plus honnêtes et au meilleur prix. La course vous coûtera 30.000 roupies (tarif minimum) ou si le chauffeur est sympa, il appliquera le compteur soit 18.000 roupies soit entre 1 et 2 euros !!! Pour les visites des rizières, des temples, négociez avec un taxi ou allez dans une agence de voyage : le tarif tourne autour d'une centaine d'euros. Sinon préparez tout de France et les tarifs seront plus bas.

It was so great and simple. But I think, you have to concern about the cleanliness of bathroom. For example, the towel (you have to use more softener), and there was a worm in bathroom.

The pool is warm and really nice. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. I recommend this hotel for travellers who want to relax after a long day.
