"I travelled with my wife and kids and 2 adult family members. The Shinagawa Prince has the best location with the convenient eateries around. There is a small shopping center nearby to keep the kids busy but 7/11 downstairs has to be the best feature of all. Looking forward to returning ! "

"The hotel is new, the entrance is as grand as can be with a self service check in method. Rooms are quite small as you would expect in major Japanese cities. The rooftop pool and sun lounging area isn’t included in the booking price you have to book it at reception for an extra fee. "

"This hotel is in the shinjuku area, walking distance from Shinjuku station. The hotel is well maintained, the smallest room is enough for two adults. The breakfast buffet is great to start your day, is well priced and they have many options for the entire family. We really missed this breakfast when we switched hotels in Japan. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in this neighborhood."
