セントラルマーケットの真ん前だし、ムルディカスクエア、チャイナタウンにも行きやすい最高のロケーション。過度な設備はないが、お湯もすぐでるし、清潔でとても過ごしやすいホテルでした。

初めての海外一人旅で利用したホテルで、不安なく安心して過ごすことが出来ました。 フロントの方の英語のスピードが早く、圧倒される事もありましたが、親切なスタッフが多く、安心できました。

立地はとても良い 部屋のコンディションも良い セキュリティーも２４時を過ぎると玄関ドアがロックされ、フロントスタッフが開錠しないと入館できないので割と安心でした デポジットはありません マレーシア旅行税は、宿泊数に関係なく一部屋１１MYR 苦情は一つだけ、シャワールームの排水口の清掃がされていない為、シャワーを浴びると排水されない その為、旅行者本人（自身）が排水口の清掃を行いました

部屋は新しく綺麗で清潔に保たれています。シャワーのお湯もしっかりと出ます。テレビはNHKワールドだけでなく、英語番組が一切視聴できず、現地語（マレー）番組だけだったのでずっとスポーツ（サッカー）番組だけをつけていました笑。駅（2路線接続）もコンビニも近く、チャイナタウンも徒歩圏内で便利です。

２日間の宿泊。有名なホテルで規模が大きく利用者も多いので、様々な感想を持つ人がいると思うが、私は「泊まってよかった」という感想を持った。価格相応のきちんとしたサービスが受けられるし、何より朝食が同価格帯のホテルより断然いい。自分としては満足である。 事前に宿泊料を払っていれば、変なデポジットのようなシステムはなく、宿泊税のみの支払いでチェックインできる（現金でもクレジットカードでもOK）。一人旅だったのでダブルベッドタイプに泊まったが、部屋の環境は想定の範囲内であり、古いけれどもメンテナンスはされているし、冷蔵庫やセーフティーボックスもきちんとある。テレビは現地の主要チャンネルやBBCのほか、FOXやナショナルジオグラフィックが映る点が高評価。ボトルの水やティーメーカーも準備されている。アメニティは同価格帯と比較して劣り、補充型のシャンプーとボディーソープがあるだけで、石鹸や歯ブラシその他一切を置かない方針を取っている。そういうものだと事前に理解しておけば問題ないだろう。 なんと言っても、宿泊者がグランドフロアにある粋な洋風カフェ「Antipodean」で朝食を取ることができる点は最高にいい。ここはちょっと他とは雰囲気が違う。正直なところマレーシアを旅行していて、あまりサービス熱心で丁寧だという印象を受けることはなかった。けれども、この店では東京と変わりないサービスを受けられる。店員は常にホールに気を配り、不足したものはすぐに補い、テーブルも常にきれいにしている。ときどき利用者に「いかがですか、何か必要なものがあったら遠慮なく言ってくださいね」と声掛けしているのが印象的だった。ある男性のウェイターは、私が日本人だと知ると喜んでくれて、オレンジジュースを持ってきてくれた。これは恐らく濃縮還元ではなく、きちんと搾ったものだと思う。食事のメニューは豊富に取り揃えてあり、どれもおいしく感じた。特に２日目に出てきた野菜スープが素晴らしく、醤油を使った日本人好みの味付けで感動した。また、アップルパイがサクサクしていてとてもおいしかった。 また、店内の一角には子供が遊べるスペースがあって、おもちゃや絵本を取り揃えており、子どもが遊んでいる間に保護者がゆっくり朝食を楽しめるよう工夫してある。 立地のよさや交通機関の利便性を考えても、このホテルの利用価値は非常に高いと思う。華美な部屋を好むのであればオススメしないが、観光の拠点としての利用なら、真っ先に選択肢に入るだろう。苦言を呈すれば、アメニティは改善すると印象がもっとよくなるだろう。ただし、全体のバランスから見れば、価格相応かそれ以上であり十分に満足できるホテルである。

皆さんがおっしゃっているように立地条件がとても良く、室内はシンプルでオシャレでした。小さいですが冷蔵庫もちゃんとありましたよ。このお値段で泊まれるなら次回も是非使用したいです！ アメニティグッズは全くないので海外のホテルだと考えたら納得です。 エアコンのコントロールができず、とっても寒いので、何か羽織る物がないと部屋でゆっくりできないです。

私が感じたネガティブな点は一点のみです。私の泊まった部屋のシャワールームの排水が悪く、水はけが悪いせいか臭いが気になりました。 フロントの方、ハウスキーパーの方も皆さん親切です。セキュリティの方もホテルのエントランスのドアをいつも開けてくれます。私は英語が苦手ですが、それでも笑顔で接してくれました。 安心して滞在できるホテルだと思います。

ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーです。部屋も問題ないです。ただ朝食を頂くロビーが狭く、1人の時は空いている席を確保して料理を取ってくる間に他の人が座ってるので、席に何か置いておかないと確保できない。スタッフは料理の補充と食器洗いで手一杯でした。

料金とのからみもあるのでなんとも言えませんが　フロントが狭く 朝食もそこでするため、落ち着かないかんじでした。 言葉が通じないためか、スタッフの対応に何がありました

総合的には良かったと思うが、隅々まで掃除ができていればもっと良かった。朝食も毎日違うメニューでナシレマなど現地のものが出てきたので良かった。

非常にキレイでフロントの対応も丁寧でした。チェックインが１日ずれたのですが、心地よく対応いただけました。部屋にはポット、ドライヤー、ミネラルウォーター、アメニティなど必要なものは揃っており、充電用のUSB口もあります。大きな窓もあり気持ち良く宿泊できました。バスタブはありません。朝食は簡素なものですが、宿泊には十分なホテルだと思います。50RMのデポジットがあり、一泊あたり10RM宿泊税を引かれて返金されました。説明もきちんとされます。また機会があれば、利用したいと思います✋
