「It was a great place to stay and the customer service gave me quick response, which was really helpful.」

「I think the receptionist was very helpful and fast, but the room was in such a half-assed state that I doubt it was ever properly cleaned. First of all, the bed was wrinkled as if someone had just been lying on it, and there were several hairs left on the pillow.
