「Everything was excellent with the exception of the pillows whis is why i gave 4 stars. Those pillows in my bed were really terrible.」

「Prima accommodatie.

「Extremely bad at all」

「The room was generally clean, as many others have mentioned. However, several flies—likely due to the season—were found dead by the window, and the shower area had dark stains along the wall joint, so I can't say it was excellent. The worst part was the customer service. The front desk was hard to find—located in a room to the right of the entrance, with no signage and the door closed. At the very least, there should be a "Reception" sign and the door should be left open. Upon arrival, there...

「The apartment was in a great location, opposite the station and a short walk to the Old Town or Kazimierz. It was very cosy and provided a great base for our stay. We really liked the character of the apartments. We would definitely stay there again/recommend it.」
