"Nice room (228) a/c was excellent as was the WiFi. Pool bar is great as are the staff (Dee in particular) The views from the pool area are wonderful. Reception staff are great (especially Bryan) Hotel was so good that we came back following a break in the Oriental village."

"This hotel is horrible! The staff were friendly. The air conditioning in the room is awful. You have to beg for clean towels and toilet tissue. The buffet breakfast disappeared after the 2nd day of our 20 day stay. It was replaced with cold eggs, soggy cold French fries and hot dogs. De Baron resort is much nicer and about the same price. I will stay there next time! This hotel is filthy and in severe disrepair."

"Air con was weak. WiFi took a while to connect initially. Reception staff were extremely slow when registering (took15 minutes). No alcohol allowed in hotel. Pool was being renovated March 26"
