「まず、チェックイン時に従業員がエクスペディアでの予約ということを全く理解できず、チェックインに手間取った。 さらに、Standard Roomを予約していたのだが、それがどの部屋なのかを従業員がわかっていない。 建物全体が廃墟同然だが、室内もボロボロ。 よくこんな状態を放置して営業できるなと思う。 なお、私はタイ語が話せるのでチェックイン時のやり取りはすべてタイ語だったが、英語は話せそうになかったので、タイ語がわからない人はチェックインを受け付けてくれないかもしれない。 ただ、この町のホテルはどこも似たような感じだったので、この町には泊まらない方がいいと思う。 マレーシア側のパダンブサールか、ハジャイ、ダーンノークを薦めます。」
