"Due to allergies we did not eat breakfast so I cannot rate this. However, the room was comfortable and clean! Excellent view of Mt. Fuji and amusement parks!"

"The friendliness of the hotel staff, the dinner and the private dining rooms, the hotel garden and our Sanri Suite were all great. Only the large breakfast room could be a little cosier; two rooms would be even better, as the hotel is quite large. However, the food selection was very good."

"This is a newer vacation property and theyve been open less than half a year at this point. The rooms are very clean and they provide amenities The staff are very accommodating as we checked in super late and they were extremely helpful. The manager at the time Naoya is an incredibly good natured young man. I would definitely stay here again. It is also a stones throw from the train station. They provided some breakfast pastries in the freezer and some bottles of water in the fridge."

Even a white toast might give you a different taste. You won’t regret it. Amazing facilities such as onsen, sauna, cold water whirlpool, Massage chairs, and the special skincare products by Kosé. "

"Everything ok with a Fuji view room"

"We stayed for 2 nights in late September (family of 3). The hotel is right on the lake, with beautiful views of Mt.Fuji from the roof top, and we had that same view from our room - it was spectacular! We had half board (breakfast and dinner) and the food and sevice were excellent. Onsen was an amazing experience - it was the first time for us and we loved it! That said, property could use some updates (for instance, our private bath was a bit outdated but it didn't bother us). Don't excpect super modern hotel, because that's not what Lakeland is. It is very charming and traditional. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again. "
