"Near station very convenient, 7/11 downstairs, staffs are super warm and helpful, the only concern is the kettle, really old, strongly recommend to change it as it's not useful and a bit dangerous. BTW you can find decaf drip coffee in the hotel with free charge, that's a big bonus for me. "

"The service was amazing! They were so helpful and really went above and beyond in helping us with some issues regarding our trip plans. We were late in getting in and missed our reservation for the Ninja Temple. They called and helped us rebook it.
