「The property was represented as an “apartment” see its name, My wife inspected the unit and noted the ”furniture other than the beds. Was absent with only a microwave. Most parking was in rear with long walk to access the unit. Looked like a youth hostel or a dorm room. We couldn’t stay there at all, The location was far from center of Reykjavik. The manager emailed that he would cancel the reservation WITHOUT CHArge. II told the general management company that I am going to protest the charge...

「Self check in with door code, underground parking. The room was very clean and had a small kitchenette! Fridge and microwave also. Also laundry area free of charge in the hallway outside the room! Really enjoyed our stay. If Inhad any questions I emailed and they responded quickly.」

「I liked the Idea of paperless and online check-in, However we didn't get the check-in email and struggled to get a call to them upon arrival since our phones didn't work right on our wi-fi setup we were using. However someone let us use their phone to call them and we were able to send an email and we got in in a few minutes. Someone in the building burnt something on the stove and the fire alarm went off. Without a staff on site we did not know how to reset the alarm or really what to do. So...

The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「Well-equipped and comfortable but not fancy. Very convenient grocery store across the street. Very little street noise. Lighting could have been brighter, especially over kitchen sink. Host very responsive by phone, can resolve door lock keypad issues remotely.」

「One of the most comfortable accommodations we have stayed at. Beds were super comfortable. Everything is walking distance to groceries, bus stops, cafe. We had the best time in Iceland. The host was super accommodating to all of our needs. 」
