"room was clean(spotless) excellent front desk most of the tourist places were walkable resturants, bar, cafe are all close by room service was excellent, cleaned our room room was bit cold hotel didn't have enough parking(hectic finding a street parking) there were some stains on the carpet room was small (3 people). couldn' walk freely since additional bed was added, luggage on the floor "

"The staff was amazing and so helpful the entire trip! They were available 24/7, helped us out when we had questions, filled up our water bottles for us happily, and always had smiles on their faces! It really made the difference for us. The room was perfect for two of us. It was surreal to wake up with a view of the water & mountains every morning. The rooftop bar was great, and happy hour drink prices were very very reasonable (for Iceland ;)) . We grabbed a drink and brought it back to our room to get ready, and it was delicious and awesome. Beds were comfy, everything was within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here! "
