「Perfect house, we had a family of 12 ages 9-76. We all had plenty of space. The house has all the beach goodies and plenty of bikes and other fun toys. 「This is a great house for the whole family. Everyone had private space when they wanted and we could all gather around the table for meals and in the game room for fun. The pool was also a big hit for all. The location was ideal - just a 10 minute easy walk to Poipu beach. Lots of beach chairs and other goodies were provided in the garage. Plus the view from every room was beautiful and listening to the crashing waves at night was so special. Mahalo for sharing your Koloa home with us.」

The only things we would recommend for the condo is a makeup / skincare mirror for the bathroom, and adding a memory foam pad to the master bed. 「The house was absolutely beautiful! The grounds were beautiful. It was clean with more extra towels, beach stuff, pool toys, etc. Owner was great. He had great communication and answered any questions that I had. The neighbor is very strict with their rules but that is the reason that it is so nice and quiet. The guest house was an extra bonus and our friends loved it. My daughter was married during our stay so this house and Kauai will hold a special place in my heart. 」

「The pictures that are posted on their listing doesn't capture the absolute beauty of this property. We were on the first floor and still had such a beautiful pool.
