「オーナーの住む平屋一戸建の一部屋を宿泊施設としていて、入口が玄関では無く掃出し窓だった事は驚きだった。その為何処から入るのかわからず、入室に手間取った。 部屋内部はコンパクトながらひと通り必要な設備は整っており、とても快適だった。 オーナーも良い人だった。 」

「怠惰なハウスキーピング。廊下に向かいの部屋のごみが朝から置きっぱなしのため再度にわたり撤去を依頼。私はその後、午前中から外出し午後１時に部屋に戻っても部屋も掃除されておらず、ごみもそのままでした。部屋の前から１００feetも離れたエレベーターホールまでごみのにおいが充満してても何もされていません。そののち強いクレームをしてようやく撤去しましたが、部屋は３時を過ぎていたので清掃してもらえませんでした。いい施設なのに残念です。」

「Excellent location with a private pool and hot tube that isn’t far from the property. This is a private house with the bottom story rented out to guest. You will need to be mindful of sound as it’s a traditional island house with open windows and guest next to you and above you and no AC. 」

「Amanda keeps the place super clean. We loved all the beautiful decor and the grounds are so beautiful. Easy walk to the beach to see turtles. Many restaurants in walking distance as well as BBQ’s to use. We had a fantastic 4 days here and would definitely recommend and return. The AC in the place was awesome as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful piece of paradise. Mahalo.」

「Great place, great location. Really enjoyed the athletic club access the street. Easy to walk down to the beach. My only complaint would be they didn’t have hand soap, body wash, or any of the regular amenities that you would have at any other place you would stay, so come prepared for that. Also, extra kitchen goods were not there. We had to go buy salt and coffee because there is absolutely nothing in the cupboards. But the place was great overall! 」

「Could not have asked for a better location. We will miss the view: catching sight of turtles while having dinner, seeing the surfers wipe out, and of course, the gorgeous sunsets. My only minor gripe would be to have an actual human being we could talk to when we have questions. iI sounded like the Vacasa management group was responding with AI, and they gave us incorrect information about the property amenities.」

「My daughter and I stayed in the Queen Suite at Lanai Villas. It was small but comfortable and we enjoyed the deck outside the living room/bedroom. The queen size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The futon in the small living room was comfortable with the extra foam mattress that was available.The landlord, Cam was responsive to any questions, and very pleasant. We arrived after dark, but as was explained (prior to arrival) by email, the front door was unlocked and instructions and...

「Very charming place for 3-4 people. Quiet, but located close to Poipu beach and many earing establishments. Rooster greets you early am, but not a big deal as the time change means we are up by 6:00 anyway. 」
